For eligible equipment under agreed terms, core-component warranty can be provided for 3 months or 500 operating hours, whichever occurs first. Covered components, non-user-caused faults and exclusions must be specified in the unit-specific contract; coverage is not assumed for every unit or component.
- Confirm the start date, hour record and covered components.
- Agree diagnosis, parts, labour, shipping costs and exclusions in writing.
- Report fault symptoms through WeChat or WhatsApp and retain fault and maintenance records.
