Wear parts and compatibility by equipment category

Identify the actual configuration and part numbers before assessing wear, servicing and sourcing.

Updated: 2026-10-02 · Purchasing guide

Excavators

Record undercarriage components, teeth, pins, hydraulic hoses and seals. Follow the manual for tension and lubrication; have wear measured by competent personnel.

Truck cranes and loader cranes

Record ropes, sheaves, boom wear pads, outriggers and hydraulics. Match chassis and mounted-equipment records separately; follow manufacturer requirements for safety-critical parts.

Diesel heavy-duty trucks

Record tyres, brakes, suspension, filters and battery. Confirm engine, transmission and axle versions rather than ordering by model name alone.

Cold weather and maintenance

Check fluids, preheating and battery against actual temperature, manual and configuration. Keep service/replacement records; confirm lead times by destination and stock.

This is a general purchasing and evidence checklist. Confirm actual condition, transaction terms and import/export requirements for the case.
