What should be checked for cold-climate use?
Check fluids, battery, preheating and starting equipment against actual minimum temperatures and manufacturer instructions. A Mongolia-use description does not prove a particular unit has a cold-weather package.
How should excavator hydraulic condition be assessed?
Review maintenance records, then have competent personnel inspect leaks, fluid and motion under the manual. Slow movement, noise or drift calls for diagnosis; video alone cannot identify the cause.
Which crawler-undercarriage areas should be checked?
Inspect track shoes, links, sprockets, idlers and rollers for wear and matching condition. Remaining life requires professional measurement; appearance alone cannot justify a percentage.
